A Corn Free Day

Breakfast:

  • Smoothie with
    • Frozen bananas
    • Blueberries
    • Cantaloupe
    • Water

Lunch:

  • Whole foods Earth and Sea Salad








  • 2 mini oranges
  • Cantaloupe
  • A home made carrot, cranberry, whole wheat cookies
  • Carrots

Dinner:

  • Flaked light tuna
  • Salad with ^ and olive oil dressing
  • Fresh butternut squash risotto
