If you are interested in this stuff, you should talk to some of the people down at the ethical kitchen on Marine. Many of them are part of the Weston Price foundation, which is all about raw milk. I talked with one a few months ago and was blown away by his conviction. He lives in Surrey, but he drives down to the states to get his milk, then drives to North van to collect well water from this natural spring in Lynn Valley. A bit over the top if you ask me.
